All pieces are thoughtfully designed in Vietnam and lovingly packed at our Auckland studio before being shipped across New Zealand and Australia.

Yes! We offer free shipping within New Zealand for orders over $200 NZD, and free shipping to Australia for orders over $300 NZD.

New Zealand: 1–2 working days for Auckland & North Island, 2–3 working days for South Island, plus 2 extra days for rural areas.
Australia: 6–10 working days.
Tracking details are emailed once your order is dispatched.

Absolutely. If your order arrives faulty or incorrect, contact us within 14 days with photos/videos. We’ll provide a prepaid return label and either replace the item (if in stock) or issue a refund.

We accept exchanges or store credit on full-price items returned within 15 calendar days of delivery, provided they are unworn, unwashed, with tags attached. Sale or discounted items are final sale, but may be exchanged for another item from the same promotion (subject to availability).
