New Zealand

  • Flat Rate: $10 NZD (tracked, rural included)
  • Free Shipping: Orders over $200 NZD
  • Delivery Times:
    • Auckland & North Island: 1 – 2 working day
    • South Island: 2 – 3 working days
    • Rural: Please allow an additional 2 working days

All parcels are sent with Authority to Leave so you don’t have to worry about missing the courier during busy mum-life moments. Prefer a signature? Leave us a note at checkout.

Dispatch

  • In most cases, we dispatch your order the next working day.
  • During peak periods (Christmas, sale events, new collection launches), dispatch may take longer — up to 10 business days.
  • Tracking details are emailed once your order is on its way.

Address Updates & Delays

  • Address changes can only be made if your order hasn’t already shipped.
  • If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, re-shipping fees will apply.
  • Once dispatched, courier delays are outside our control, but we’ll always support you in resolving issues.

We want you to feel confident in every GENTLEMOM piece. If your purchase isn’t quite right, here’s how we make it easy:

Change of Mind

  • We offer exchanges or store credit on full-price items within 15 calendar days of delivery.
  • Store credits are valid for 12 months from issue.
  • Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, with tags attached and in saleable condition.
  • Return shipping is at your cost and must include tracking. GENTLEMOM is not responsible for parcels lost in transit.
  • Sale, promotional, and discounted items are final sale — these are not eligible for store credit, but may be exchanged for another item from the same promotion (subject to availability).

Faulty or Incorrect Items

  • If your order arrives faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos/videos.
  • We’ll provide a prepaid return label and either replace the item (where stock is available) or issue a refund.
  • Refunds are only issued for faulty or incorrect products — not for change of mind.

Refunds

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Refunds are processed within 7 working days of receiving and inspecting returned items.
